Designed by Fender Katsalides & Bruce Henderson Architects. 43 floors overall project. Four-basement car park, two levels of retail and office space along with luxury internal pool, gym home cinema and other common internal and external landscaped areas. Above that are 37 levels with 445 apartments and luxury penthouses. The project preserved the original heritage façade with reminder of Melbourne City’s history combining it with the modern look of the city through the immaculate design of the façade throughout the tower levels.
