A recent news article inaccurately linked Maxcon Constructions Pty Ltd to a company called ACN 152 259 839 Pty Ltd (formerly known as Maxcon Developments Pty Ltd).

We are not a party to the litigation.

Maxcon Constructions Pty Ltd takes our business very seriously, and are proud of our strong and positive working relationships with our staff, clients, suppliers, contractors, subcontractors and financiers.

We operate with a strong commitment to the highest standards of corporate governance and transparency, maintain a strong balance sheet, are independently audited and have no legal or financial relationship, commitment or obligation to the matters currently concerning ACN 152 259 839 Pty Ltd.

ACN 152 259 839 Pty Ltd was previously part of our group, when it ceased operating in 2018, leaving zero outstanding liabilities other than it’s dispute with the Australian Taxation Office which related to a contested 2014 assessment.
